Rhonda McKillip NAADAC Approved Education Provider

Being a NAADAC Approved Education Provider means Rhonda McKillip has voluntarily opened her educational programs to examination by the National Certification Commission for Addiction Professionals (NCC AP) for content applicability to state, national, and international certification standards.

This rigorous review process ensures that learners receive a consistent, reliable, and quality learning experience that is applicable to their careers and advances their understanding of addiction and co-occurring disorders-related issues.

Individuals participating in educational programs offered by Rhonda McKillip – NAADAC Approved Education Provider – are assured that the continuing education units (CEU’s) provided for each course will be accepted toward national credentialing by the National Certification Commission for Addiction Professionals (NCC AP), as well as many of the individual state licensing and/or certification bodies in the addiction and other helping professions.

On-Line Continuing Education Unit Exams By Rhonda McKillip

In addition to in-person or webinar trainings, Rhonda McKillip also offers on-line CEU exams. The exams are consistent with the development of competencies in the evidenced-based treatment of individuals with Co-Occurring Psychiatric and Substance Use Disorders.

The benefits of attending trainings, conferences, seminars, and workshops in person either locally, nationally, or internationally are unlimited. Just to name a few include receiving training alongside colleagues and friends, being awarded CEU’s, networking with other professionals, enjoying the camaraderie of people with common goals, and traveling to other locations for a combined vacation or visiting family.

Yet, there may be times when attending trainings or conferences either in-state or nationally is not possible. This could pose a challenge from time to time for professionals seeking CEU’s.

Offering a solution is the on-line competency exams developed and offered by Rhonda McKillip, LLC. The exam currently available is on Subject One of THE BASICS, Second Edition. The exam is purposefully designed in a way to simultaneously offer education on Co-Occurring Psychiatric and Substance Use Disorders and provide CEU’s.

Benefits of On-Line Continuing Education Unit Exams

The benefits of taking the On-Line Competency Exam have included:

  1. Convenience of taking an open-book exam at a time that is convenient to your schedule as well as your personal location.
  2. Exam written in a in-depth, comprehensive way to provide actual education instead of an exam designed solely to only achieve the correct answer.
  3. Another benefit of the on-line Exam One is the cost. Four-day conferences are typically over $300 to receive approximately 22 CEU’s. While the conferences are completely worth the expense…the cost of the hotel, food, and travel to the conference can at times be a struggle.

Exam One offers 25 CEU’s for the $100 cost for THE BASICS, Second Edition and $100 for the exam. Plus the exam is an open-book exam and the 134 question exam can be taken at your convenience over a period of days. A bargain at any price!!! Check it out on the next link of CEU Competency Exam One.
